As the in-house designer for FW, I led the development of the brand, including the logo design, look and feel, and social media presence. Originally a small family business called Feeney Wireless, the company became a 100+ person organization with a mission of making the Internet of Things as easy as flipping a switch.
With a strong brand presence by 2012, the company decided to simplify the logo and name to just FW. For this re-invention, I created the logo and worked to develop a social media presence for the company. This involved writing content for the company blog, tweeting, and generating content for Facebook and LinkedIn. The purpose of this effort was not simply to sell more stuff, it was to develop a voice of the company within the industry and to show our unique company culture.
